Why Join 4OC
We're growing. And growing pretty fast right now. But we've never wanted to grow for its own sake. We want to get to a size and scale that allows us to take on significant pieces of work in partnership with our public service delivery clients to really make a difference to their customers - patients, tenants, residents, students.
But just as important is that we want 4OC to be a great place to do that. We're not perfect. Yet. But we work together with everyone in 4OC on coming up with ways to make every day better. We think that's quite exciting. And we'd like you to be a part of that too.
Workplace & culture
We operate a flat organisational structure so your progress is never limited by anyone else. We encourage people to find new and interesting ways for their personal and professional development. If you're good enough, you'll progress.
We work hard but we know that working well is much better than working hard. So we try to make sure the office (whether at home, at HQ or on the client site) is set up for you to do the right thing and make it a fun place to be. The CEO even makes us breakfast on a regular basis. He'll tell you all about his top 100 bread recipes if you give him half a chance.
We also have a working group, 'The Imperfect Workplace', that's open to everyone and meets regularly to discuss and progress ideas on making 4OC a great place to work.
About 4OC
4OC is a Management Consultancy. We primarily work with public service delivery organisations in Health, Housing , Local and Central Government, Transport and the Third Sector.
We offer end-to-end services from working out why organisations are not functioning as well as they could, co-designing better ways of working through to implementing and embedding that change so that the ultimate service users get the very best service.
